The TERRADISC compact disc harrow is designed specifically for stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation. Its compact construction and aggressive wheel position ensure a perfect collection and good mixing of harvest residues. Since PÖTTINGER introduced its disc harrows, thousands have been sold, establishing themselves as an indispensable fixture in shallow stubble cultivation.
The new functions at a glance
The short construction is a key feature of PÖTTINGER compact disc harrows. The latest facelift has further enhanced this advantage. The new linkage means that the rear roller moves further forward so that the centre of gravity shifts towards the tractor’s rear axle and less lifting power is needed. This change in axle load also results in better handling when transporting the machine on roads.
If no levelling tines are used the rear roller can be positioned as much as 27 cm further forward. For this, the CONOROLL rollers or closed rollers (cutting packer roller, rubber packer roller) are recommended.
A new and particularly elegant solution has been found for folding the side elements on both sides. The hydraulic cylinders are now located inside the frame. This saves space and the cylinders are protected from dirt and damage.
Cleaning the machine is made easier by the neat hose routing.
