Heinz Pöttinger

KR Heinz Pöttinger senior was taken from us by God in his 90th year on 24 July 2014 after a full life and following a brief period of illness.

The funeral will take place at 11 a.m. on 1.8.2014 at Grieskirchen parish church (Stadtpfarrkirche). Prayers will be held for our dear departed at
7 p.m. on 31.7.2014 in the exhibition building of the company headquarters in Grieskirchen where a book of condolence will also be available to sign.

As an entrepreneurial personality with drive and responsibility, KR Heinz Pöttinger senior played a major part in shaping the PÖTTINGER group of companies from 1939 to 2010. In his work spanning over 70 years and together with his brothers he made the company an agricultural machinery manufacturer of international repute, giving it the momentum for today's success with foresight and intuition. His endearing manner made him very popular among employees and business partners and he had strong ties to both the region and its people.  His guiding principles were innovation, dedication and trust. We will remember him fondly.
