Durán Days took place for the first time on 16 and 17 September 2016 in Santervás de Campos in the Spanish province of Valladolid. The event was organised by Durán Maquinaria, one of Spain's largest importers and a successful PÖTTINGER dealer for almost 25 years. Their demonstration field days took place on around 26 hectares of land. 

Although the weather was not ideal with cold, rain and a strong wind, the sun came out right on time for the opening of the event. Around 3,000 then turned up over the course of the two days. 

In the morning and afternoon of both days there was a presentation with subsequent field demonstration of the entire PÖTTINGER product range, with machinery featuring grassland, tillage and seed drill technology.

- SYNKRO 3030 NOVA stubble cultivator 

- TERRADISC 5001 T trailed disc harrow 

- LION 303 power harrow and AEROSEM 3002 ADD drill combo 

- TERRASEM C6 ARTIS PLUS, the flagship seed drill

The absolute highlight was the first presentation of the IMPRESS 155 V PRO round baler, which attracted an enthusiastic crowd during all four demonstrations. Farmers were seriously impressed with the tidy work performed by the IMPRESS, which is equipped with 32 knives and an overhead rotor. The bales that were made during the demo had an extremely hard core.
