Seedbed preparation you can rely on

The robust LION power harrows operate reliably even in the toughest endurance conditions on the heaviest soils. Powerful, smooth-running gearboxes and virtually loss-free power transmission ensure a high level of reliability.

Attachment to different tractors is possible thanks to the extending lower linkage mountings for different tyre diameters. The length and width are adjustable without the need for tools. In addition, the mountings are floating for improved ground tracking.

For smooth and ultimately more durable operation of the PTO shaft, the power harrow can be perfectly adapted to a wide variety of tractor geometries thanks to the flexibly adjustable lower linkage mountings. As a result, the PTO shaft has sufficient overlap and a low deflection angle to transmit maximum torque.

The folding versions

The LION V and LION V MASTER power harrows offer maximum versatility in combination with the AEROSEM VF front hopper seed drill.

All adjustments such as working depth of the tines and the levelling board are easy to operate from the side of the machine. This means the machine can be adapted to work in different soil conditions within a few minutes.

The system for attaching the coulter rail to the folding power harrow features a simple catch hook solution that allows it to be fitted in a few minutes. This extends the range of applications considerably, since attachment and removal is easier and quicker than on comparable machines.

The rigid versions

Following the addition of a rigid 3 m coulter rail, the AEROSEM F can be flexibly integrated into your farming concept. This system can be teamed up with LION power harrows and FOX D compact combinations.

LION power harrows

Designed to withstand the toughest conditions, these machines are recognised for producing the best working results. Thanks to the configuration of the rotors, the machine actively cultivates the full working width from side board to side board. As a result, the soil is actively moved even along the outermost edge of the machine so that all the seed coulters run on prepared seedbed.

FOX compact combinations

This lightweight linkage-mounted machine is ideal for use in light to medium soils. Thanks to the scalloped discs and the large inter row spacing, the compact combination is suitable for mulch drilling conditions. Combined with a seed drill, the FOX compact combination demonstrates yet another talent.

This is fitted and removed using the same mounting brackets on the rear rollers as for all implement-mounted seed drills. Quick and easy coupling and decoupling is carried out by 4-point attachment without the need for tools.
