1Connecting line

  • The connection line set, which consists of the hose and the mounting bracket for the tractor, are included with the AMICO F hopper.

  • The connecting line is adjustable in height and angle by means of a tractor mounting bracket.

  • The hose and cable tray mounting can be easily separated from the tractor bracket by sliding it out of the tube.

  • The connecting line can be installed and removed quickly and securely using quick-release fasteners.

  • The hydraulic lines, ISOBUS extension cable and IDS connection cable can be conveniently routed along the cable tray.

2Seedbed preparation

On the rigid version with a working width of 3 m, the AEROSEM F coulter rail can be combined with FOX D compact combinations and LION power harrows.

With folding coulter rail widths of 4 m, 5 m and 6 m, the AEROSEM VF can be combined with the folding LION V power harrows. The power harrows fold in two sections to allow optimum adaptation to the ground because each section can deflect upwards by 5 °. The integrated pressure accumulator system ensures a uniform working depth.

Depending on the hydraulic equipment available on the tractor and the functions required, a hydraulic block can be integrated into the LION power harrow. Apart from the coulter lifting system, all hydraulic functions are operated using a single spool valve and each function is controlled using a preselect system.

A smaller terminal for controlling the hydraulic block is provided for using the LION power harrow on its own.

3 Distributor head

The distribution head is connected directly to the coulter rail and forms a parallel linkage together with the top link connection and the mounting points on the roller. As an option, a hydraulic top link can be fitted to create a coulter lifting system.

  • The ingenious funnel system conveys the seed back into the air flow if rows are closed, which ensures optimum lateral seed distribution even when the tramline system is active

  • Although the distribution head is connected directly to the coulter rail, it is easy to attach and remove.

  • Optimum seed distribution is ensured because all the hoses are the same length as a result of the distribution head being placed well forward.

Capabilities with full IDS equipment:

  • Tramline rhythm can be selected independently of the seed drill width

  • Partial width switching using Section Control

  • GPS tramline switching possible

4Coulter rail

The DUAL DISC coulter rail with double disc coulters has proven its worth over the years and is integrated into this system. A narrow seed slot ensures reliable emergence.

  • Double disc coulters with a diameter of 350 mm

  • Row spacing of 12.5 cm or 15 cm

  • Coulter offset of 30 cm and disc offset of 2.5 cm

5Coulter pressure

Adjustable coulter pressure is required in order to be able to drill successfully in all conditions in a wide variety of arable farming regions.

  • Consistent coulter pressure up to 60 kg
