Wide range of applications

The pressurised hopper system meets new requirements in seed drill technology. The identical pressure in the hopper and the metering unit enables an even more reliable metering process. Seed or fertiliser material is reliably conveyed along the line to the seed drill, enabling even higher application rates to be achieved.

There are different versions of front hopper available. In addition to single or double metering systems, there is also a choice of hopper capacity with 1700 l or 2400 l.

The double hopper with two separate metering units is divided by a 60:40 partition to enable two different components to be applied at the same time. The two components both enter the same line to the seed drill. There is only one line connecting the front hopper with the distribution head.

• The connection line set, which consists of the hose and the mounting bracket for the tractor, are included with the AMICO F hopper.

• The connecting line is adjustable in height and angle by means of a tractor mounting bracket.

• The hose and cable tray mounting can be easily separated from the tractor bracket by sliding it out of the tube.

• The connecting line can be installed and removed quickly and securely using quick-release fasteners.

• The hydraulic lines, ISOBUS extension cable and IDS connection cable can be conveniently routed along the cable tray.

The identical pressure in both metering units means that seed materials of different sizes and qualities can be mixed together perfectly. This opens up new perspectives in crop cultivation. A mixing ratio of 1:5 is the highest achievable because the hopper fan reaches maximum speed at higher application rates.

Convenient operation

The AMICO F hopper is equipped with ISOBUS as standard to ensure convenient operation. This means that front hopper can be controlled using our EXPERT 75 and CCI 1200 terminals, or using any ISOBUS compatible tractor terminal. This level of intuitive operation makes your work much easier.
