Use on rear mowers

When used with a rear mower, SENSOSAFE is mounted on the front linkage. The large distance between the sensor bar in the front and the mower unit at the rear is sufficient for any realistic driving speed during mowing. This gives the driver plenty of time to stop the tractor and raise the mower.

Use on front mowers

When used with a front mower, the system scans the next pass. This means the SENSOSAFE sensor bar can be mounted either on the front or rear linkage. This application also allows higher driving speeds.

An optional ballast weight is available for using the SENSOSAFE 300 at the back or at the front when operating without a front mower. If the tractor linkage has a freedom of movement, this can prevent vibrations on the sensor bar.

Transport

The sensor bar folds vertically into a safe storage position during transport. When used together with the SENSOSAFE on the ALPHA MOTION, no additional spool valve is required for folding. Simply preselect the fold for transport setting on the SELECT CONTROL control terminal.

SENSOSAFE 300 is manufacturer-independent and can be used with your existing mower.
