Lightweight construction with big advantages

It is precisely because of its low centre of gravity and wide wheelbase that the BOSS JUNIOR has become so popular, especially in steep terrain. The low-profile loader wagon is optionally available with a DIN capacity of 11.5 or 14.25 m3 to deliver high loading performance, reliability and convenience despite its lightweight design.

Dry forage extension

Thanks to the integrated springs, the dry forage extension is easy to fold. This function enables the overall height of the wagon to be reduced so that it can access low entrances.

The mechanical dry forage extension also features tightly tensioned roof ropes to retain the load. As a result, the load volume of the BOSS JUNIOR can be varied flexibly.

Because the height of the wagon can be reduced by 710 mm the BOSS JUNIOR can also be parked in low barns.

Flexible tailgate

The tailgate is fitted with an optional locking system. As a result you can unload the wagon inside low sheds.

Normally, the tailgate opens upwards. The tailgate can also be fixed, however, so that it can open to the rear without folding upwards. It is possible to switch quickly and conveniently between the two tailgate unloading positions by hand. Once unloading is finished the tailgate is closed again hydraulically and locked in place.

Scraper floor

The scraper floor is constructed of pressure-impregnated, durable wood. This helps save weight, another advantage of the BOSS JUNIOR in alpine terrain.

The scraper floor is equipped with two heavy-duty chains that are driven by the tractor’s hydraulics. The driveline is located on the side of the wagon and can be switched on and off from the rear of the wagon.

The heat-treated bars are closely spaced to ensure rapid and complete unloading.

Welded frame concept

A stable, welded frame is the basis of the lightweight construction of the BOSS JUNIOR. In addition, the galvanised and plastic-coated metal walls ensure smooth unloading.

The low weight is especially important on slopes so that the loaders can also be hitched to lightweight tractors. This protects the valuable sward and the forage remains clean.

Lighting

The BOSS JUNIOR is equipped with optional demarcation lights for perfect visibility. This lighting system provides extra safety, day and night.

A revolving light can also be added.
