Review: PÖTTINGER at Agritechnica
Numerous innovations for grassland, soil and seed
This year the Agritechnica in Hanover (GER) again managed to attract the expected 450,000 visitors. From 08 to 14 November 2015, more than 2900 exhibitors made this event the leading international fair for agricultural technology and farming. Every fourth visitor was from abroad, with people coming from 124 different countries: from Holland and Austria to Great Britain, Romania, Hungary and Russia. The event organisers reported that a large proportion of the visitors were from the USA and Africa. Indeed, farmers from all over the world visit Agritechnica to find out more about forthcoming trends that use the latest technologies to increase efficiency. The atmosphere among the visitors was a great deal more positive than expected.
PÖTTINGER machines a magnet for visitors
Our trade fair stand had a display area of 2000 square metres and attracted thousands of visitors with its interesting backdrop and friendly, open design. The machines - mainly innovations for the 2016 season - looked their best.
At the stand in Hall 27 you could see that there were a number of hotspots: the newly launched IMPRESS round baler, the AEROSEM and TERRASEM seed drills, and the loader wagons and hay machines attracted a great deal of attention from the many visitors. Our Service and Mechatronics teams also each had a booth at the stand. The staff at the stand were highly motivated, ready to answer questions and discuss visitors' inquiries.
PÖTTINGER has a great deal to offer
PÖTTINGER enthusiasts had an opportunity to purchase items from our FANSHOP, which they did to their heart's content. The latest scale models of the SYNKRO and the IMPRESS sold like hot cakes.
The FANSHOP at the PÖTTINGER stand
Thanks to our innovative strength and competence, PÖTTINGER yet again made the fascination for farming a real experience.
