The classic SUPERMATIC loading unit on the BOSS JUNIOR achieves a high level of forage conservation and has low power requirements.
This system conserves the forage during transfer because the conveyor tines retract horizontally and no material is dragged in.
The 3-section conveyor tines are driven by a heavy-duty roller link chain with automatic tensioning system. As a result of the central split and offset mounting of the 3 conveyor tines, the load is distributed on both sides to 6 cam rollers and 2 cam tracks. That protects the drive system and is the guarantee for durability.
The BOSS JUNIOR can be equipped with 4, 8 or 12 knives. Because the forage is guided across each knife by a double tine, high chopping quality is ensured.
Tractor power: 20 to 60 PS
PTO speed: 540 U/min
The BOSS JUNIOR is driven by a PTO shaft with integrated cam-type clutch. Overload protection is 720 Nm.
A roller chain is responsible for the power transmission to the loading unit and the pick-up. This makes the system durable and low-maintenance.
