Josef Bircheneder from Windorf near Passau in Germany runs a dairy cattle and arable farm. 

In addition to 40 dairy cattle and 80 calves, the German farmer grows maize, wheat and barley on 22 hectares. Their fleet of machinery is extremely well equipped, with a full set of grassland kit as well as several soil preparation implements that are also used for contract work.
