Automatic ground pressure adjustment
Automatic adjustment is available as an option on the NOVACAT V 10000. The ground contact pressure adapts automatically to the working width and ensures a constant contact pressure of the cutter bar even on bumpy ground. Optimum hydraulic weight alleviation guarantees soil conservation and the best forage quality. It also ensures a considerable reduction in wear and fuel consumption costs.
No oscillation at the headland
High ground clearance of up to 55 cm at the headland guarantees that you can drive over swaths without damaging them and facilitates manoeuvring around obstacles. The two mower units are each stabilised by a small cylinder. This prevents oscillation. These prevent oscillation and also avoid the PTO shafts from rattling.
