Constant pressure tine harrow
Our PÖTTINGER TINECARE harrow has a unique, patented pressure spring system. Pretensioned tines prevent pressure fluctuations so the tine pressure remains the consistent across the entire working width - regardless of ground undulations.
How the tine harrow works
The objective of the constant pressure tine harrow is to damage, uproot and overturn weeds at the white thread root stage. In addition, the process can stimulate tillering in the crop plants. Encrustations can be broken up by the tine harrow.
Range of applications
The tine harrow can be used for full-cover cultivation in cereal crops, row crops, ridge crops and special crops.
The inter gang spacing of 330 mm, tine spacing of 30 mm and precision tine guidance are decisive for the success of the crop care treatment.
Optimum ground tracking
On the headstock there is a hole and a slotted hole for attaching the top link. This ensures the best ground tracking even in bumpy terrain. Front and rear guide wheels also improve ground tracking and maintain the required working depth and tine pressure.
Individually suspended tines ensure perfect adaptation of the machine to undulations and ridges.
