Canadian Ambassador visits PÖTTINGER Grieskirchen
In November 2016 we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr Mark Bailey, Ambassador of Canada, and Mr Rheaume, Senior Trade Commissioner, of the Canadian Embassy in Vienna. They took time to visit the production facility of PÖTTINGER in Grieskirchen and were able to see first hand the expansion that is taking place to prepare PÖTTINGER for the future. This expansion is not only the result of growth in our domestic markets but mainly the result of growth abroad in markets like for instance Canada.
Canada has been since long an important market for PÖTTINGER even long before we opened our own subsidiary in 2005 however this only emphasized our goal. Mr Bailey knows the importance of agriculture in the Canadian market and the variety of farm sizes Canada has to offer. This holds a lot of opportunities for PÖTTINGER in the future.
Canadian farmers understand the Quality and Productivity PÖTTINGER machines provide from the east to west coast. From small 10 ft mowers to 30 ft seeders. PÖTTINGER CANADA has been a steady growth market for the past years and we want to continue on this path and Mr Bailey was gladly to offer us his support wherever he can.
Farm economy worldwide is going through some challenging times but PÖTTINGER will always be a leader in development and growth in that domain and Canada is one of the highly important markets in this growth progress. For sure this is only possible by our highly motivated team of PÖTTINGER CANADA and our extensive dealer network.
