PÖTTINGER Issue 202, 25 of November 2024

Salve,

We are launching a series on the AMICO tank, which promises high efficiency. The leading agricultural technology trade fair EIMA International (IT) is over and was a complete success. Looking back, you can see the close co-operation between MaterMacc and PÖTTINGER officially for the first time. You will also find new videos on the IMPRESS 3000 in the past harvest season and insights into the SERVO plough on the farm of farmer Franz Bräuer (AT) in the new issue. It's worth taking a look!

AMICO Hopper – Introduction
In agriculture, we often have to carry out many processing steps within a very short period of time, which can be a real challenge. This is where our extra arable farming products can help: the AMICO F hopper and the flexible TEGOSEM hopper.

Video: IMPRESS 3000 – Reliability
The IMPRESS 3000 is a reliable partner for handling the harvesting season. Regardless of how difficult the conditions are, the only goal is to harvest the forage to a high quality standard and before the rain arrives. From the tangential flow of forage into the baling chamber, to the LIFTUP technology featured in the rotor, and the reliable bale binding system. The reliability of the IMPRESS in combination with a short-chop system was previously not available on round balers, especially when baling straw.

Video: SERVO 4000 P
Franz Bräuer and his wife farm 70 hectares in Steyr-Land. They use a five-furrow SERVO 4000 P to reliably incorporate harvest residues and root weeds. Franz particularly likes the control centre, which automatically adjusts the front furrow width when you change the furrow width, as well as the plough beam pivot cylinder that turns over the plough smoothly and efficiently.

Fanvideo: JUMBO loader wagon at work
In addition to more than 50 tractors, the fleet of the Nagel contracting company from Averlak (Germany) also includes eight of these powerful harvesting machines. In this video, YouTuber ‘NorthWestMedia’ shows two Claas forage harvesters harvesting maize. John Deere tractors and numerous JUMBO loader wagons of the latest generation from PÖTTINGER are used as the drive-off combinations. The interaction between the forage harvesters and the modern loader wagons is extremely rare. We hope you enjoy watching the video.
