Aftersales and Product Specialist - South /South West UK
Working place: South/South West UK, Working hours: full-time, Start: immediately
Uw opgaves:- Be the key product specialist for dealers providing technical support and guidance in both product sales and aftersales process within the geographic area.
- Proactively build relationships with all stakeholders at all levels both sales and aftersales.
- Plan, organise and execute specialist company demonstrations and be responsible for the organisation/management of UK shows/exhibitions and associated marketing and social media activities.
- Actively plan, coordinate and participate in the build-up, maintenance and movement of PÖTTINGER promotional machines engaging with UK and Austrian stakeholders regarding delivery lead times.
Uw profiel:
- Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and hands on experience of agricultural equipment.
- Strong team player with excellent technical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills including presentation abilities.
- Confident using various social media tools, CRM and IT.
- Demonstrated capability to manage time/workload effectively and willingness to engage in extensive travel to provide necessary sales/product support.
- Candidate to live ideally in or around Somerset, Gloucestershire or Wiltshire area(s).
