The big combination wagon in Denmark
JUMBO combline impresses farmers
Pöttinger has been highly successful in Denmark for some years now. The structure of agriculture is determined by large farms: more than half the farming operations have more than 100 hectares. It is for this reason that very large equipment is in use.
One of the very large combination wagons - the JUMBO 10000 combiline - has now in action in Denmark. The combined silage and harvest transport wagon with a capacity of 100 m³ went to Danish farmer Henrik Gregersen. In addition to the farm, he also owns several racehorses. The operation has 500 cattle, 250 of which are dairy with the same number of beef cattle. The enterprising farmer also owns 500 hectares of arable land; 100 ha with grass and another 100 ha for maize.
Henrik Gregersen is forward-looking and places great value on a high level of automation within his operation. Purchasing the Pöttinger JUMBO combiline set a further milestone in high quality technology on his farm. He is extremely satisfied with the JUMBO 10000 combiline, primarily because of its cavernous load capacity.
