The EIMA in Bologna/Italy is the most important trade show for Southern Europe and North Africa. The show ran from 7 to 11 November. Companies and dealers from 40 countries gathered at a record-sized display area of 138,000 sqm. It could be seen that agriculture in Italy is far better off than the rest of the economy.

For Pöttinger Italia the "local fair" is also very important, of course, to keep in touch with existing customers and meet new ones. Attendance at the Pöttinger stand was very good, mainly from international visitors. There were many people from North Africa in particular as well as the Far East asking about new machinery and special features available from the Austrian ag-tech manufacturer. We even welcomed one visitor from India.
