In December 2013, Pöttinger hosted their annual long-serving employee celebration. At this ceremony the management team celebrates many years of loyal work together: 51 employees notching up a total of 1,685 years at Pöttinger. These employees have been working for the company for 25, 35 and 40 or more years and many served their apprenticeships here at the agricultural machinery manufacturer in Grieskirchen/Austria. Special praise was given to three employees who have each been part of the team for 45 years and entered well-deserved retirement last summer. 

"As a family-owned company, we feel a special responsibility for our staff. The successful future of the company can only be ensured with a team of long-serving employees. The high number of people at this ceremony and the time they have spent with us demonstrates their sincere bond to the company, and that is something we are all proud of," say Managing Directors Heinz and Klaus Pöttinger at the event. 

At the moment the family-owned company employs 1,475 people, offering them exciting jobs with plenty of free scope and responsibility.
