Sales

All our colleagues sell our farm equipment all over around the world. In Canada, we also have a dedicated sales team.

Our territory managers are the central point of contact for our sales partners and customers in their territory. They provide advice on all aspects of our products and support our partners in selling them to end customers and continuously work to develop our dealer network. They keep track of the needs and feedback of the market and our customers. They make sure that this information is shared with the relevant departments within the whole PÖTTINGER organization.

Our back office is in our office in Granby, QC. Our staff answers questions about the product range, delivery dates and prices, take care of invoicing and organize the transport of our machines, Marketing etc.

Product Support

Many of our customers are fans of POETTINGER. This is due to our rugged yet efficient product line. But it's also because of our great customer support: Because our Product Support team helps our dealers in the best possible way during initial operation and ensures that the machine is up and running again quickly even if the worst thinkable happens.

This quite a challenge, because our equipment is rapidly evolving and becoming more digital. Therefore product support is becoming more diverse. Whoever works here has to deal with intelligent operating systems as well as sophisticated sensor technology. Our product support team is the first point of contact for all technical questions from our dealers. If a problem can't be solved over the phone, then they will support the dealer visiting the machine on site. The experts in this team are highly trained, very flexible and always eager for a quick solution. This also makes our dealers and customers enjoy their work more.
