NOVACAT T trailed disc mowers represent maximum flexibility in operation, the best ground tracking, low requirements for the tractor because the mower units are supported by their own chassis, and they produce the best forage. These robust mowers are now also available with a width of four metres. Also new is the ability to adjust the cutting height hydraulically directly from the driver's cab.

The latest generation of roller conditioners

Depending on the model, NOVACAT T mowers are available with ED tine conditioners or RC roller conditioners. Thanks to their adjustable swath doors, both conditioner systems can either spread the crop wide or form a swath, depending on the specific requirements. On all versions, power is transmitted from the cutter bar gearbox to the conditioner by V-belts with a spring-loaded belt tensioner. What is new on the NOVACAT T is that it can be equipped with the latest generation of roller conditioners. These drive both rollers synchronously using a swivel gearbox for maximum throughput. Both the 3.5 and 4 metre versions are also available without a conditioner.

The mounting on the swivel gearbox is attached as standard to the tractor's lower linkage using a yoke. The optional tractor pick-up hitch attachment has been developed with special attention to the requirements of farmers in North America.

The best ground tracking with floating suspension

Thanks to the fully movable suspension of the cutter bar, it adapts three-dimensionally to the ground so that the cutter bar floats gently over any bumps. In addition, a new centre indicator enhances safety for road transport.
