Our customer survey: We seek direct contact with our customers, in personal conversations and with our customer surveys. Every year, we invite thousands of customers to tell us about their experiences with our machines, the dealer and PÖTTINGER.
Very good ratings for our machines: Our machines make a good first impression. More than half of the machines purchased last year received the top rating of ‘very satisfied’ for overall satisfaction. The best ratings were given in the criteria of reliability, flexibility of use, quality of work and operation.
Dealer network and PÖTTINGER Sales & Service: Once again, 95 % of customers were satisfied with their dealer. Satisfaction with the initial deployment is particularly high, but reliability, product knowledge and expertise are also rated very highly. PÖTTINGER supports the dealer with machine sales and specialised questions, which is also well received by customers.
Long-term survey: In addition to the ‘First impression’ survey, we also contacted customers who have been using their machine for five years.
Very high level of satisfaction: 95 % still own their machine after 5 to 6 years, and 95% of participants would recommend their machine to others. We are delighted that the reliability of the machines was confirmed with a score of 6.4 out of 7.
Repairs, service and spare parts: 64 % have not yet had a repair despite using the machine for a long time. Customers are loyal to their PÖTTINGER dealer when it comes to service and spare parts. 87% of customers are very satisfied or satisfied with the PÖTTINGER service staff.
As a thank you for taking part, four PÖTTINGER vouchers worth EUR 500 each were raffled off as the main prize. The lucky winners are Andreas S. from Hennef (Germany), Hector Garcia L. from Padilla De Abajo (Spain), Radosław J. from Brójce (Poland) and Fabien D. from Douvaine (France).
