New Select Control for rakes

We have already presented the advantages of the new generation of control terminals for mower combinations. These new terminals are now also available for rakes. We present the Select Control for TOP 852 C s-line and TOP 972 Cs-line and demonstrate the advantages.

Select Control for centre-swath rakes	The Select Control pre-select system for the TOP 852 C s-line and 972 C s-line centre-swath rakes has been completely revised and re-designed. The rake can now be conveniently operated using nine push buttons. The two-component synthetic casing looks smart and is designed for extra stability. The buttons are backlit so that they are easy to use even in the dark. All functions of the rake can be preselected and then performed using the tractor's double-acting remote valve. The rotors can be pre-selected individually and the working width is infinitely-variably adjustable, while the rotor height can also be adjusted infinitely-variably using the hydraulics.
Another important feature is the operation of the hydraulic interlock catches: these can also be pre-selected using the control keys and then opened hydraulically. The catches are locked in place automatically when the rake is raised into the transport position. Using the Select Control system makes having to pull lanyards to disengage the interlock catches a thing of the past.	Background lighting for bad lighting conditions
TOP 972 C s-line	With this new control system Pöttinger also ensures that your tractor cab remains clean. Thanks to the hydraulic (interlocks) and electronic system of the rake you can keep the tractor's rear window closed. Dust and dirt are kept outside.
The status of the rake is shown on the graphic display screen. The position of each of the rake units is indicated while you are working. An operating hours counter records the time worked as soon as the PTO switches on. A sensor test ensures that the driver always has an overview of the status of the machine.	TOP 852 C s-line
