By participating, you accept the terms and conditions of the "A stress-free summer" promotion. The campaign is organised and implemented by PÖTTINGER Landtechnik GmbH, Industriegelände 1, A-4710 Grieskirchen. Participants must be of legal age. Each person may only enter the competition once.
All participants who complete the mandatory fields online between 01 November 2021 and 31 March 2022 and upload their invoice with an order value of at least €500 will be entered into the promotion.
The PÖTTINGER fan pack will be sent by post to the address provided. It is not possible for the value of the fan articles to be paid out in cash.
By taking part in the promotion, each participant agrees to Pöttinger having irrevocable rights, free-of-charge and unlimited in both time and content, to use in full or in part the photos they provided to PÖTTINGER for advertising and public relations purposes, especially regarding the right for duplication, editing, publishing and distribution on the internet via our websites and our Facebook and Instagram social media channels. If the participant does not own the rights in full or in part to the photos they have supplied, they must ensure that they have obtained permission from the owners for the above rights to be given to PÖTTINGER.
The winners expressly agree to this form of publicity. No liability is assumed for the announcement of the winners.
