Service and Spare Parts Specialist
Arbeitsort: Belgium, Full-time, Entrance: anytime
} Deine Aufgaben:- Training of dealers on technical topics concerning PÖTTINGER machines and after-sales services
- Active support for dealers regarding IT and electronic systems (tractor-machine connections, data usage, etc.)
- Supporting dealers in repair and service work on machines under the PÖTTINGER warranty
- Provide daily assistance to dealers with spare parts orders and prepare the organization of pre-season stock orders
- Provide technical support in the organization of fairs and demonstrations with presence on the stand during events
- To be a close cooperation link with the head office in Austria, in particular for the exchange of information on the monitoring of equipment in service at customers
Dein Profil:
- You have technical training, ideally in agricultural mechanics
- You have experience in the agricultural machinery industry or you like modern agricultural machinery
- Do you have knowledge in the field of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics? It's an advantage!
- You also have a good command of the basics of IT tools
- Language skills in Dutch, French and German or English are required
- You are sociable, reliable and able to be autonomous in your work
- You are flexible, organized, structured and your commitment is conscious of the quality of the service to be offered
- You have a B and tractor driving license but CE is a plus
