Our goal is to focus on having an innovative and efficient supplier network that is characterised by trustworthiness. To achieve this, PÖTTINGER works continuously with its partners in optimising the development and procurement processes. Our common goal is the "zero error strategy". The shortest delivery times with high delivery flexibility and adherence to delivery deadlines are our criteria, which are supported and implemented using modern digital technologies.

Corporate purchasing

The PÖTTINGER purchasing department consists of central strategic purchasing units, project purchasing and decentrally organised procurement departments at the production sites. All purchasing departments are supported by the decentralised Supplier Quality.

By establishing this structure both the PÖTTINGER R&D department and our suppliers can be supported in the integrative product development process.
